During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will meet as a congregation on Sunday mornings at 11 am. via Zoom. If you wish to join us and have not yet received the information to do so, please contact our Pastor, using the link on the Contact page.
All Sunday morning services have been cancelled up to and including April 5. A re-evaluation by the Leadership Team will take place April 5th to determine if we will continue services for Easter.
Please note that we will be meeting at 11 am in the Multi purpose room of the Johnson Centre this week.
Our annual business meeting is being held in the Activities room of the W.G. Johnson Centre on January 26th at 11:00 am. This is our annual meeting to elect officers for 2020 and approve the annual budget.
Please join us for light social following our Dec 22 morning service.
Beverages and Christmas goodies will be provided. ![]() This was a new venture for the members of the Cambridge Congregation and a successful one indeed! The Reverse Advent Hamper program produced 13 Hampers by placing a grocery item into the 'hamper' each day for a month. The hampers were then topped off with a $25.00 grocery card provided by the congregation. The Hampers raised approximately 600 pounds of food. Several of the hampers will go to a local elementary school to assist their families in need, while others were donated to families that reached out to our congregation and indicated a need. Just a reminder that we will be sharing a potluck lunch after our service, December 15.
For this week, service will start at 10 am. Please note our meeting place is the pool house located at 199 Saginaw Parkway Cambridge (corner of Franklin and Saginaw). 199 Saginaw is immediately beside the Tim Horton's mall. The Pool House is at the back of the property. Come in the front driveway and drive to the back. There are seven 7 visitor parking spaces available around the pool house. There is no guarantee that all spaces will be open. There is Parking on the street after the bus stop but not at the bus stop. For the potluck, there is a small kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, sink and lots of electrical outlets. We can put our food out on the counter top. What a productive weekend! Ron and Sandra had the opportunity to attend a website building course and after a day and a half of hard work and excellent leadership, mission accomplished! Our website is up and running! Hope you enjoy it and visit our website often.
Special thanks to Parker, Leandro and John for their amazing patience and leadership! |
